I wrote a little bit today. Not much, but it was more than I have done in a LONG time. Not only did I write a chord progression that will be used for the bridge of "Clarify", but I also wrote what could possibly turn into a new chorus, and (for the first time) i wrote on the DRUMS! I wrote what I want the drums to sound like for the song, and it was a lot of fun! I've been working on my drumming skills recently, and I've made a lot of progress, so it was kind of surreal to be writing on them. Can't wait for you to hear the new song....

i'm starting to feel the itch again. after getting most everything up and running on the website, i spent a little time listening to some old unfinished recordings and looking at some old lyrics, and i got the desire to start writing again. and recording again. and performing again! i may have the opportunity to play a show in late June, so be looking out for that! that may be when i release my newest song, which is actually a song i wrote a while ago but hadn't truly finished. i have it "done" but i think it needs an entirely different ...
